Inspired by karrikins, the family of proteins that bind to soil and come to life to renew life in the aftermath of smoke and bushfire. Activated karrikins are washed through the soil by rainfall, causing many Australian plant species to germinate en masse.

Our landscape has adapted to thrive in decimation. It destroys itself to renew. It is process and journey driven. It is familiar but never the same. Taking cues from our native surrounds, we believe that sometimes you to have to set fire to what you know, to grow. We believe in constantly evolving and renewing, and we’re happy to trade comfort and safety for it too. We trust in the journey and have faith in the process. Just as fire, smoke and rain work together to produce life, we believe that magic is created when specialist energies and disciplines combine.
